This is the first artwork my son and I have painted together. I wanted this piece and the process to teach him that art can be more than pure expression. It can be more than a release, more than something we love to do. It can also be a voice for those without one.
My son and I have decided to donate 100% of the profits for this artwork to the Bellingen Activists Network (BAN), a local group of dedicated activists fighting to stop illegal logging practices in Australia. Thankfully, the volunteers of BAN are doing everything they can to protect what's left of our precious native wildlife and habitat.
A cause close to our hearts and our homes.
The standard price for a framed piece of this size is $5,200.
This price includes shipping to anywhere on the east coast of Australia or a $300 credit towards international shipping costs.
